Cigar Factory
2808 N. 16th Street
Constructed in 1914, this 47,000 SF, three-story brick Romanesque Revival cigar factory is located on the southwest corner of N.16th Street and 18th Avenue.
We were involved with preliminary programming and design.
Brannock Residence Addition
600 SF guest house over garage. Design of the addition is reflective of the main house.
Ogden residence addition
1,500 SF Master bedroom suite addition with 600 SF of screened porch area. Construction was integrated into the existing home over the kitchen and living room.
